Raw material: Tea residule

Tea residue, a byproduct of tea processing, is usually disposed of or used as fertilizer. However, with biomass gasification boiler system, we can convert tea residue into energy and utilize it for tea drying.

The tea residue is processed into compact blocks using a briquetting machine, which improves its density and combustion performance.These briquetted tea residue blocks serve as raw material and undergo a reaction in a gasifier, transforming into fuel gas. This fuel gas can be directly burned to generate high-temperature, high-pressure steam. 

The steam produced can be employed for the drying process of tea leaves. Traditional tea drying methods often rely on fossil fuels such as coal or natural gas, whereas biomass heating technology utilizes waste to produce renewable energy, thereby avoiding negative environmental impacts.
