Wood Gasification Plant Process: 3-Step Syngas Power Generation
Our wood gasification power plant operates through an integrated three-stage process. Step 1 - Biomass Gasification: Wood waste converts to producer gas (syngas). Step 2 - Syngas Purification: Multi-stage filtration removes dust, coke, and tar to protect gas engines. Step 3 - Power Generation: Clean syngas fuels high-efficiency gas engines. Waste heat recovery generates steam or hot water for industrial use. Optional steam turbine creates a gas-steam combined cycle, boosting total plant efficiency.

POWERMAX sawdust gasification power generation systems feature a modular design scalable from 50kW to 2000kW. We offer two biomass gasifier series: CFBG (Circulating Fluidized Bed) for 200-2000kW, and TFBG (Twin-Fire Fixed Bed) for 50-2000kW. Our generator sets integrate Siemens alternators with medium-speed gas engines (500-1000rpm) or German Deutz engines (1500rpm), paired with advanced European control systems. This configuration delivers superior performance versus conventional boiler-fired plants for wood waste biomass power stations.
