Turning Waste into Wealth: 1 MW Biomass Power Plant
As the world shifts toward sustainable energy, agricultural and forestry waste is no longer just a byproduct. Convert waste into reliable, clean electricity with our advanced biomass gasification systems.
THE CORE TECHNOLOGY: HOW POWERMAX GASIFICATION WORKS
PART A: Three-Step Proven Process
- Step 1 - Gasification: Biomass is fed into the gasifier, going through drying, pyrolysis, oxidation, and reduction to produce raw syngas.
- Step 2 - Purification: The producer gas undergoes a rigorous purification process to remove dust, coke, and tar, ensuring a clean fuel supply for the engine.
- Step 3 - Power Generation: The purified gas fuels advanced generator sets (featuring Siemens technology alternators) to produce electricity.
PART B: Combined Heat and Power (CHP)
- Maximum Efficiency: Our systems can be configured for CHP (Cogeneration) to meet both thermal and electrical base loads.
- Waste Heat Recovery: The high-temperature exhaust gas can be captured by a boiler to generate steam or hot water.
- Cost Reduction: Significantly increases the facility’s operational efficiency and decreases overall energy costs.
Proven Solutions for Every Need (50KW - 20MW)
Depending on your fuel type and specific requirements, a 1 MW facility can be powered by our established series of gasifiers:
UFBG Series (Updraft Fixed Bed)
Designed for high moisture adaptability and robust performance in biomass-to-energy conversion.
TFBG Series (Twin-fire Fixed Bed)
Advanced dual-fire technology ensuring clean gas output with ultra-low tar content.
Introducing the Smart Biowatt 1000
Traditional power plant construction can be time-consuming. That is why we engineered the Biowatt 1000: a 1 MW, skid-mounted, containerized biomass gasification system designed for rapid deployment and minimal site work.
Key Advantages of the Smart Biowatt 1000
- Space-Saving & Zero Civil Work: Factory-preassembled and containerized. No factory building needed. Requires a floor area of only 180 to 200 m².
- Smart Installation: On-site installation takes only 7 to 10 working days, drastically reducing initial investment costs.
- Smart Economy: Quick and simple installation minimizes commissioning time and allows for faster return on investment.
