From Coal to Clean Power: The 4-Stage Process
Direct conversion of Raw Coal into Clean Syngas and Baseload Electricity via an automated, enclosed system.
1. Automated Feeding
Raw coal is automatically fed via airtight double-lock valves to maintain negative pressure and prevent gas leakage.
2. Gasification
Inside the reactor, high‑temperature pyrolysis and reduction (≥1000 °C) transform solid fuel into combustible syngas (CO + H₂).
3. Purification
The raw gas passes through cyclone dedusters and wet scrubbers to rigorously remove dust, tars, and sulfur impurities.
4. Power Generation
Clean, dry syngas is fed into heavy-duty gas engines to generate continuous, grid-synchronized electricity.
