Powermax Shines at the 9th Biomass & BioEnergy Asia Conference, Discussing New Pathways for Agricultural Waste Transformation
The 9th Biomass & BioEnergy Asia Conference was successfully held in Vietnam from November 19-20, 2025. Powermax actively participated in this industry event, engaging in in-depth and productive discussions with numerous industry partners, experts, and scholars regarding the significant challenge and opportunity presented by Southeast Asia's annual production of over 200 million tons of agricultural residue.
During the two-day conference, the Powermax team showcased the latest application achievements of the company's gasification and carbonization technologies at Booth 6. A core topic of the conference – how to convert agricultural wastes such as rice husks, straw, and palm residues into high-value biochar and clean energy – aligns directly with Powermax's technological strengths. Through on-site explanations and technical materials, we detailed for attendees how our technology can efficiently transform agricultural residues into high-quality biochar suitable for carbon storage and soil enhancement, while simultaneously recovering clean energy, presenting a practical technological pathway towards regional carbon neutrality goals.
