To overcome the aforementioned challenges and achieve the project objectives, Powermax proposes the following technology and solution:
Based on tests conducted on the client's coal samples, we have selected our 2MW Coalwatt DF2000 coal gasification power generation equipment for the client.
Its core advantages include:
1）Rapid Installation: The modular frame structure facilitates transport and loading. On-site civil works are minimal or not required, and on-site installation can be completed in just one month.
2）Reduced Energy Costs: The system is compatible with lower-quality coal, effectively reducing operational costs based on local resource conditions. Using locally sourced materials maximizes
the reduction of coal transport expenses, improves overall coal utilization efficiency in coal-producing areas, and creates higher economic value.
3）High Gasification Efficiency: Gasification efficiency is ≥85%, and the system can achieve low-emission combined heat and power (CHP) based on demand.
4）Environmentally Friendly Technology: Converts coal into clean, combustible syngas as fuel, producing less waste. Waste products can be recycled, causing no environmental pollution.
